Our Fees & Deposits for hiring the hall and additional equipment are listed below:
Wedding Reception Hire
The rate for wedding receptions is £890.
Weekend wedding bookings commence at 6pm on the Friday through to 12pm on the Sunday. If you need more time on the Friday or Sunday, extra hours can be added at the standard rate of £20ph (reducing to £13ph for local residents).
Functions & Corporate Hire
We operate a two-tier, hourly rate system for residents and non residents. This applies to all types of event (including community activities) with the exception of weddings which have a fixed price. Residents of Godmersham Parish and Crundale Parish are eligible for discounted rates. Proof of residency will be requested if you are not known to the bookings secretary.
Non Residents
Hourly fee: £20.00 / £10.00 half hour.
Residents
Hourly fee: £13.00 / £6.50 half hour.
Deposits
A deposit is required whatever the hall is hired for, and is refunded to you by BACS transfer within 7 days after your booking, once the hall, grounds and equipment have been inspected.
Residents: £100
Non Residents: £150
Optional Hire Costs
Stage: £30 (includes putting up and packing away)
BBQ: £65 (includes professional cleaning after your booking).
All other facilities including kitchenware, sound system, lights and wi-fi are included in the base cost of hire.
